Feel it with your own camera.
Ten seconds to calibrate, then watch your neck load move as you do. The camera is only asked for after you click, and this demo’s data never enters analytics.
Three steps. No hardware.
Calibrate to you
Sit the way you actually want to sit and hold it for ten seconds. That becomes your baseline — every number afterwards is relative to you, not to a textbook spine.
Watch relative load
Pelion reads your webcam on-device and shows how much more your neck is carrying than at your baseline, in kilograms or pounds.
Nudge only when useful
When load stays high, you get one quiet card — paced by cooldowns, never more than one every five minutes. Nudges are off by default.
An estimate relative to your own baseline.
Pelion does not weigh your neck. It measures how far your head has moved forward from the upright posture you calibrated, and converts that angle into an estimated load using the interpolation published by Hansraj (2014). The useful part is the change: what you carry now versus what you carry sitting tall.
Because it is anchored to your own baseline rather than to a population average, it is a feedback signal — not a clinical measurement, and not a diagnosis.
See how angle becomes load →Give your AI agent live posture context — locally.
Pelion ships a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients can read what your neck is doing while you work. It exposes 7 resources and 5 free tools — 3 that return data and 2 that file a tuning request you approve in the app. The 5 agent behaviour tools ship with Pro and are not open yet.

Monitoring is the free part.
Real-time posture monitoring is free all day, with no daily limit. Pelion Pro adds advanced history, Guard, Recovery and agent actions — it does not unlock more monitoring time.

Your camera feed never leaves your computer.
1. Camera frame
A frame is read into memory from your webcam. The camera light is on while it watches, and off the moment you pause.
2. On-device inference
The model runs on your Mac and derives angles — a tilt, a load estimate, a confidence. No frame is uploaded, because there is nothing to upload to.
3. Frame discarded
The frame is gone. What is kept is aggregate numbers: your baseline, daily statistics and five-minute buckets. No video is ever written to disk.
The one exception is the MCP snapshot: while you have the MCP server switched on, the app writes your current reading to a private file on your Mac so a local agent can read it. It holds a single instant — no images and no history — it is deleted when you switch MCP off, and it is never uploaded. Read the privacy policy →
The camera light is honest: on while Pelion is watching, off the moment you pause. The live demo on this page works the same way, entirely inside your browser.
