Why monitoring stays free

A posture tool only works if it is running. Metering the thing that has to run all day — and then interrupting you to ask for money at the moment it would be most useful — would make the product worse at the one job it has.

So seeing is free: the live number, the day’s summary, fatigue, and letting a local AI agent read any of it. What Pro would add is a layer on top — deeper history, guarding, and measurable recovery — for people who want more than the number.

Pricing questions

Is the free tier time-limited?

No. There is no trial window, no per-day cap and no countdown. Real-time monitoring is free for as long as you use it.

Do I need an account or a credit card?

Neither. Monitoring never requires an account, and there is nothing to enter a card for — Pro is not on sale.

Does paying for Pro change what MCP can read?

No. All 7 MCP resources and the 5 free tools stay free. Pro would add the 5 agent behaviour tools — pausing monitoring, sending a nudge, starting a focus or relief session — not the reading.

How much will Pelion Pro cost?

There is no price yet, and we are not going to invent one. Pro is not open; when it opens, the price will be stated here and in the app before anything is charged.

When does Pro open?

There is no announced date. The app shows "not open yet" in Settings → Subscription, where you can ask to be told when that changes.

Will the free tier get worse when Pro opens?

Monitoring time is not the thing Pro sells. Pro is a Guard and Recovery layer added on top; it does not unlock more monitoring, and the free capabilities listed above are what the app ships with today.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, because there is nothing to buy. The app's Restore purchases screen says the same thing. If that changes, real cancellation and refund terms will be published before any purchase is possible.

Is there a team or business licence?

Not today. The app is a free download for a single Mac, with no licence to manage.
