A short directory rather than an essay. Each entry is a question people actually arrive with, pointing at the one page that answers it. Everything listed here is published; nothing is a placeholder.

Guides on desk setup and on building the habit are planned. They are not written yet, so they are not listed above — this page will only ever link pages that exist.

How we handle health content

Nothing here diagnoses, treats or predicts anything. Pelion estimates how far you have moved from a posture you chose yourself and what a published model says that costs — a feedback signal, not a measurement of your health.

  • Every page names its sources and links them, with the date they were checked.
  • Where evidence is contested, we say so rather than picking the more dramatic reading.
  • Every page that touches symptoms carries red flags and says when to see a clinician.
  • A page making health claims is not published until a qualified clinician has reviewed it and is named on it. This is our own editorial bar, not a search-engine requirement.
